Explore the Marrambidya Wetland and help to create a digital artwork with illuminart in 2019

AN INVITATION TO WAGGA WAGGA COMMUNITY MEMBERS:

Take part in an exciting community project for bird watchers, artists and animators of all skill levels.

Through the cooperation of local bird lovers, artists, sketchers and animators, award-winning animation studio illuminart will draw together a stunning projection artwork to celebrate the unique bird life of our region and tell stories sourced from the Wagga Wagga community.

Learn new skills, contribute some artwork or simply share your experiences and love of our precious local wildlife in this collaborative community project.

Working with local bird lovers, artists, sketchers and animators, we will be making a collaborative artwork to celebrate the unique bird life of our region and tell stories sourced from the Wagga Wagga community. The work will be shown on the permanent projection system on the wall of the Wagga Wagga Civic Centre.

The work and its processes will be then be presented by illuminarts artistic director Cindi Drennan at the Australian International Animation Festival in Wagga on Saturday 18 May and the final work will become part of the Night Lights program on the walls of the Wagga Wagga Civic Centre..
