Yabarra – Gathering of Light was a cultural collaboration between Yellaka and illuminart, produced and presented by Adelaide Fringe and brought to life by EPSON and Novatech. Officially it was the signature project for the 2019 Adelaide Fringe with a focus on Aboriginal culture and heritage, and for illuminart it has been a major focus since April 2018. The opening ceremony on the 15th of February was a huge event, and the storytelling illuminations ran throughout Fringe until the 17th of March.

Yabarra was a free, all ages event which opened at 8:30pm til midnight, every night of Fringe 2019.
