Newcomers to projection art joined the illuminart Port to Port training and development process in July, as team members Andy P and Zero travelled to Victor Harbor along with Susanne Wegener from Port Lincoln.
The weekend workshop developed participants’ skills in digital media manipulation, animation and template based production for the new permanent projection system about to be installed in Victor Harbor’s main street.
This project is part of illuminart’s ‘Port to Port’ statewide project, creating digital stories to connect port towns throughout South Australia with their past, present and future through the exciting portal of projection art. It has been made possible with the support of the Australia Council for the Arts.
